Everything the FOM 330-4 can do – and much more
The FOM 330 BT offers you all the functions of the FOM 330-4 oil quality measuring device. But it can do much more: with the integrated measurement data memory, you can record up to 200 measured values. This allows you to conveniently measure several deep fryers in succession – all values are stored and can then be transferred to a PC. There is no need for tedious manual recording.

Unlike the standard device, the FOM 330 BT is equipped with a rechargeable battery. This can be charged either via the USB-C interface or wirelessly. For wireless charging, you need a Qi-compatible charger.

The Bluetooth interface enables wireless data transfer – for example, to an app on your smartphone or tablet. From there, the measurement data can be forwarded directly to cloud-based HACCP software, where it is securely stored and evaluated.
