EBI 12-T463 Data logger for food validation
For measuring inside and outside of the beverage bottle or beverage can.
The data logger is used for measurement during validation of food manufacturing processes. The central axial probe measures the temperature inside the beverage can or bottle. The lateral sensor measures the temperature outside the beverage package. The data obtained can be used to draw conclusions about the temperature exposure time.
