The SK 6200 is designed for temperature measurements up to 140 °C and is used for determining F₀ values during sterilization processes in the pharmaceutical industry and for determining PE values during pasteurization in the food industry. It consists of a 4-fold interface, an EBI 12-T237 data logger and the efficient Winlog.pro evaluation software. The system can be flexibly enhanced with additional EBI 12 data loggers, making it an ideal solution for larger projects and as an introduction to this area of application.
